With over two decades of experience in customer service-based industries, including retail, hospitality, Corporate Travel & Events, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, organizational efficiency, and client communication.

My journey in the events realm sparked a passion for Graphic Design. Completing short courses in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign fueled my enthusiasm for creating unique designs, from greeting cards to websites and event collateral like seating plans, agendas, and brochures.

My experience as a travel agent has taught me the importance of an easy-to-follow booking process, communicating with my clients, and most importantly making sure the client enjoys their stay.

Fun Fact – I cannot start the day until I have a strong latte. I also love going on camping adventures with my family and watching my kids participate in sport. Being in a house of boys, I also enjoy time out for myself and watching a chick flick with a glass of Savvy B.
